Indicative procedure for the base 48-month amount, excluding VAT, under the thresholds of the Portuguese Public Contracts Code in force since 1 October 2026 (direct award below €75,000; prior consultation below €130,000). The choice is the public body's and depends on extras and previous contracts with the same supplier.
Support: response time for critical incidents, in working days from 9:00 to 18:00, under the terms of the proposal.

What the portal includes
- Public website with the organisation’s brand, structured to the client’s requirements, with a contact page included.
- 1 AI chatbot from the AIOBI Platform built into the website.
- Content management system (CMS) built for the website and managed in a module of the management platform itself, so the team can update pages, news and documents in the same place where it works.
- European Portuguese and British English, level AA accessibility, GDPR (cookie notice and policies) and baseline SEO.
- Up to 8 page templates designed by AIOBI; pages created by the team in the CMS are not counted.

Structure
How pricing works: licence, plan and add-ons.
We publish private-sector prices so that your organisation knows what it will pay before the first meeting; the proposal follows the same price list you see on this page. In the public sector, the structure is the same and the price is set in the proposal.
The implementation and use licence covers the project: configuration, data migration and dashboards, within the limits of the tier.
The plan, monthly or annual, starts when the project is completed and includes a plan on the AIOBI Platform.
Add-ons are paid separately and added when you need them.
In the private sector, the licence is paid in two parts: half on award and half on completion of the project. In the public sector, the payment terms are set in the contract.
At the end of the plan, you receive your organisation's data in open formats, with a 90-day transition period.
The plan is updated once a year in line with the inflation rate published by Statistics Portugal (INE), capped at 5%.
Discounts
The list of discounts is closed and published.
The list is closed: discounts for contract term, for annual payment and for groups with several entities.
