What the portal includes
- Public website with the organisation’s brand, structured to the client’s requirements, with a contact page included.
- 1 AI chatbot from the AIOBI Platform built into the website.
- Content management system (CMS) built for the website and managed in a module of the management platform itself, so the team can update pages, news and documents in the same place where it works.
- European Portuguese and British English, level AA accessibility, GDPR (cookie notice and policies) and baseline SEO.
- Up to 8 page templates designed by AIOBI; pages created by the team in the CMS are not counted (additional template: €750).

The portal’s monthly plan covers hosting, updates and the running of the chatbot.

How much is it for 500 properties?
Enter the 500 properties in the calculator: you will see straight away the tier that includes them and the price. The final amount also depends on your team's number of internal users.
Can I manage properties for several entities?
Each entity has its own instance. For a group with several entities, the licence is discounted from the second entity onwards, according to the price list.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the tier, the data to migrate and the add-ons. The schedule is set in the proposal, after an initial meeting.
What happens to my data if I leave?
The data always belongs to your organisation. At the end of the plan, you receive it in open formats, with a 90-day transition period.
Does the platform carry my brand?
Yes. The platform carries your organisation's name and logo, and the AIOBI brand does not appear.
